Shaping the Future of Disability Services in Arizona

Arizona Statewide Independent Living Council (AZSILC) wants to hear from you to help shape the future of disability services in our state. They’re inviting individuals with disabilities, their families, friends, caregivers, and service providers to participate in the AZSILC 2024 Needs Assessment.

Lift Your Voice for Services that Matter to You!

The results from this survey will create a 3 year State Plan for Independent Living (SPIL) for services championed by AZSILC. This plan is not only carried our by AZSILC but also in collaboration with the 5 Centers for Independent Living throughout Arizona, including Direct Advocacy and Resource Center. This means your feedback has an impact on the services we deliver in partnership with AZSILC!
