Gail’s disability rights and access career spans over three decades. As Direct’s most tenured employee, she began working for the center in 1991. She specializes in conducting access/safety assessments and coordinating home modifications.

Gail is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), National Council for Interior Design Qualified (NCIDQ), and member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID).

From 1992-1994, Gail also served as a Special Trainer on the Americans with Disabilities Act. Prior to joining Direct, she worked as a Substitute Teacher and Trainer for students with disabilities and as an Accessible Design Consultant.

Gail holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Home Economics/Interior Design from the University of Arizona.
