Information & Referral
Direct collects and maintains important information on resources in each of the communities we serve: Cochise, Graham, Greenlee, Pima, and Santa Cruz counties. We can help individuals and their families connect with the right internal and external resources for a wide variety of disability-related needs.
Peer Support/Mentoring
Cultivates empowerment among individuals with disabilities through mutual support and sharing of life experiences. Teammates with disabilities share resources and knowledge, aiding others in navigating the challenges associated with living with a disability. This initiative, enriched by personal insights and goal-setting, embodies a collaborative approach to overcoming barriers.
Transitioning
Relocate individuals from nursing facilities/institutions to the community, assist those at risk of institutionalization, facilitate youth moving to post-secondary life.
Home Access Program (HAP)
Free home evaluation and accessibility adaptations for disabled homeowners with low- to moderate-income living in the City of Tucson, Pima County, and/or have ALTCS.
Linkages
Aims to contribute to the economy by linking employers with qualified candidates. Our mission is to ensure that every person with a disability and veteran has an opportunity for employment.

Rural Home Access Program (RHAP)
Free home assessments and improvements for homeowners age 62+ with low- to moderate-income who live in rural areas of eight counties in Southern and Central Arizona.
