An Accessible COVID-19 Vaccine & Booster Event

An accessible COVID-19 vaccine and booster event will be held from 11 am to 3 pm on Monday, March 28, 2022, at Direct Advocacy & Resource Center.

Where And When?

At This Site

  • Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson & Johnson vaccines

  • Flu vaccine

  • American Sign Language Interpreters

  • Wheelchair Accessible, including van parking

  • Guides and assistance with forms

  • Fragrance-free building

  • You’ll be able to schedule your 2nd dose while here

Registration Recommended. Walk-Ins Welcome.

Vaccinations will be administered according to appointments and walk-ins as first come, first served. 

Ages 5 years old or over. Minors must have an Authorized Health Representative for consent. 

Transportation is provided by AHCCCS/ALTCS Health Plans for their members. Contact the Member Services number on the back of your insurance card.
